Itasca has been manufacturing roto winders for over 20 years. We offer rotor winders in several different configurations from a semi auto stand alone machine for low volume use to a automatic machine. The rotor winders are fully programmable utilizing a PC based control system performing the most complex programming requirements. The Rotor winders are available to wind up to 12 awg wire. The winders are capable to wind both straight and skew lamination stacks.
This allows you to change the pitch, traverse length, Tension, and rpm at any turn count within the wind command
Below are some of the options we offer on the rotor winders: Index Load, 2 – 7 programmable axis, Programmable Electronic Tension, Cutters, and 2-8 Pole Configurations.
